Did Lebanon or any Middle-Eastern countries colonize in Southern Italy?

Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica and half of southern Italy were once Arab colonies- from about 700 AD till 1000 AD when they were liberated by the Normans OTOH please remember that all of the mediteranean used to be Roman- so you might not look “middle eastern” but simply the middle easterners look like their Roman ancestors- before they were conquered and colonised by the Arabs
