Did Paris Hilton Really Buy Herself a New Set of Lips? Tuesday December 4, 2007Rumor has it that Paris Hilton may have treated herself to an early Christmas present, in the form of pouty new lips. Why would Paris want to go and do something as silly as injecting Restylane into her already perfectly fine lips? I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that she may very well be one of the vainest people in Hollywood. Why didn’t anyone in her inner circle just tell Paris, 26, that puffy bee stung lips are so last season? Had she been smart enough to first check in with Jessica Simpson, who admits to making that very same mistake, Paris might have saved herself a lot of trouble.
