I'm assuming you meant Victor Conte, the founder of BALCO and former bassist for Tower of Power. It seems unlikely as he was not credited on the album, even as a special thank you. (I would think his name would be mentioned, especially as actor Jonathan Frakes is credited for his trombone contribution.) Mike Gordon is listed as the bassist. Even a Yahoo! search did not yield any chatter that he had. While I cannot definitely answer your question one way or the other, I would suggest that it is unlikely that Victor Conte played on the album. I hope this helps!
