Did Wilt Chamberlain really sleep with 20,000 women?
Seriously, did Wilt Chamberlain have sex with 20,000 women? Wikipedia offers up some statistics of this incredible feat: “In 1991, Chamberlain wrote his second autobiography, A View from Above. There, the lifelong bachelor claimed he had sex with 20,000 women. For this to be true, he would have had to have had sex with 1.14 women per day from the age of 15 up until the day of his death, a rate of almost eight women a week.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona…women.22_claim The numbers are off because he died in 1999 while he wrote the book in 1991; so his Women Per Day (WPD) number is actually higher than what wiki claims. I have no doubt he slept with an incredible number of women, but I’m pretty skeptical of the 20,000 number. I put his lifetime sexual partners closer to 19,990.
