Did WKF lie to the International Olympic Committee?
I would like to see a link for proof on that. I am a member of the WKF and USNKF and know many of the directors personally. I have heard that the WKF total membership world wide is over 10 million now. If they did then maybe they should be given a chance to fix the issue because I am sure it is easy to accidently add the second zero. The WKF represents authentic traditional Karate. They do not represent modern sport karate with fake or flashy movements. Their events are organized and only certified officials can judge. In terms of representing authentic Karate they are it. None of the other associations out there are traditional like the WKF is. Modern sport Karate, or martial arts, has lost its roots. There is very little in respect, traditions, etiquette or certifications outside of the WKF sport aspect in terms of authentic karate.
