Didn’t Peter’s vision in Acts 10 show us that all meat is now clean?

To say that all meat is now clean is to say it is permissible to eat rats, skunks, and roaches. Of course all meat is not fit for human consumption! And it has not been left to us to determine what animal flesh we can and cannot eat. God’s instruction manual to mankind (the Bible) tells us clearly what animals are clean and what animals are unclean. Peter’s vision had nothing to do with making rats, skunks, and roaches clean. Peter said the meaning of the vision was to show that he should never again call any man common or unclean. Peter’s vision was a condemnation of racism.
