Difference between 3D and 4D ultrasound?
It depends on your doctor. Some docs do ultrasounds every visit (mine did, I was super glad for that). Some docs only a few times. If Medicaid covers your doctor, it will cover anything your doc chooses to do. Those are barely decipherable though, and you always have to explain what exactly the picture is of to your fam and friends. the 4D however, is self explanitory, some are better than others depending on the size of the uterus. In mine I could see his whole face (which looked identical to him when he was born). My medicaid would not cover this BUT my doctor offered the service for free, and charged if you wanted printouts/CDs etc….it was pretty cool but I don’t think I would’ve paid the $150 they would’ve charged me.
