Some pointing devices are very sensitive to the QuickInfo box display. Attempt a right-click to get the details, otherwise a trick for the QuickInfo is to get it to pop-up, then hit the “Enter” key which takes SOB out of QuickInfo mode and leaves the box on screen until the next chart refresh.
