DO ALL CARRIERS WAIVE THE PICC CHARGES LIKE PNG?

NO, most carriers have continued to charge the PICC charge even though the FCC changed their ruling – “the first commercial line and all residential lines are free of charge”. Most carriers are either continuing to charge this fee on residential accounts and all business lines as a PICC or have changed the name to CCSC or some other name. In the past, these revenues had to be paid to the FCC for distribution. Now, the carriers are pocketing these revenues.
