-No. Thirteen of our fifteen chapters do not have a live-in structure. Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) and our newest colony, Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) currently are not housed. These chapters meet on campus, in academic buildings. Though thirteen of our chapters do have structures, they are still University sanctioned groups and must adhere to University policy. All of the chapter structures at Iowa are privately owned and managed by a local House Corporation Board.
