Do all San DIego patrol cars have cameras?
I don’t know about San Diego but I can tell you I work in a small city and all of our patrol cars have cameras, So I’d be willing to bet a larger city would. If not for evidence…for a liability issue. With all the law suits and what not going on it would be well worth slipping a tape in a player and prove that your men did nothing that was not forced upon them to do.
