Do ALL toddlers have the “terrible twos”?

0

My daughter did not go through “terrible twos” but now that she is three, she shows some signs of “late terrible twos”… That does not happen very often, though. What I have learned is that when we prepare them to what they can expect (number of cartoons they can watch, how long we still have before we leave the park, where we are going when we go out, what we are buying at Publix, what time they can have that ice cream, etc.) things go a lot smoother and we can go days without her throwing a tantrum. Also, when my daughter is either very tired or hungry, those are more likely to happen — everything irritates her… Oh well, we also have our moments, don’t we? 🙂 So I think you should expect at least some “tantrums”, that is just the way they know to express their frustration sometimes.
