Do Antiperspirants/Deodorants Cause Cancer?

I’ve been using my roll-on deodorant/antiperspirant for quite some time now. One day my friend referred me to a few websites discussing the harm associated with the chemicals used to produce deodorants/antiperspirants. My friend went to roll-on deodorants/antiperspirants with organic ingredients instead. The chemical used in many deodorants supposedly are aluminium (aluminium zirconium) or zinc salts which some say are carcinogenic to the body. I’m not fully sure about all of this. So I’m seeking some opinion about this whole thing!
