Not all ATM's will work. You will need to go to the right banks to assist you. If the machines, will not work-go inside and someone should be able to assist you. Larger cities accept US cards (Seoul, Busan ect) Most department stores will accept visa's. I lived all over Korea for over 7 years and know a lot about this country. The individual who didn't think ATM and Visa cards wouldn't work. Next time, think about making rational comments based on facts or experiences... not snap judgments.
