Do any staff members have live-in arrangements at the group homes or do they do shift work?

Live in staff require part of the living space for their own use. Community Living Toronto prefers that persons with an intellectual disability use available residential space. As a result, most of our group homes employ staff who work shifts and do not live at the residence.
