No. You can see from the “Features” section of the listing page (and eBay Site Specifics pages in Preferences and Inventory) that there are different upgrades available for auctions and for eBay Store. If you select a feature that is not available for your listing type (for example, private, super-featured, gift-icon, gallery featured or featured plus while creating an eBay Store item), the feature selection will be ignored.
