Do Boxer dogs have unpredictable temperaments?
Did somebody pull one over on you or what . . . I have had four Boxers, and I have closely worked with atleast six others as well as socialized with a great number of them. They do NOT have unpredictable temperment. When I look at one of my Boxers, I know exactly what they’re thinking and how they’re planning to pull it off. However, they CAN be difficult to take care of if you don’t know what you’re getting into. These dogs require a high amount of mental stimulation and a creative owner & trainer. If they get bored, say goodbye to your lovely looking home. They are stubborn and independent, and like to do things their way. From experince, you can begin to tell by their body and facial language what’s coming next. However, aside from that: They’re perfectly happy to naw on some bone while you go lolly-gagging.
