Do boys like fat girls who are good natured ?
Here’s the deal, being fat is not a disease. It is not a life sentence. You are still a child, and you can easily lose the weight. Less than 1% of fat people have some medical condition that prevents weight loss. So instead of defining yourself as a fat person, and hoping you will be accepted. Start deciding to be a healthy person. Research diets like the Atkins or South Beach diet. There are plenty of sites online for those. Stop drinking soda, stop eating fast food, processed food, and junk food. Get some exercise. Drink water. Stop using salad dressing. Read food labels and avoid high sodium food. The sooner you start to try to lose weight the better. The older you get the harder it will be to lose. But losing weight at your age should be simple. By the time you graduate high school and go to college, you could easily be as thin and healthy as anyone in your school.
Hi there. I am a journalist for a girls magazine, Indigo, which is all about enpowering girls and helping them turn into strong, independent women no matter what their size, shape or ethnicity. We use real girls in our mag, not models. In my job, and as a mother of three kids (two of which are girls), I notice that this is a huge thing for girls today. It was when i was a teenager as well. When I was 15, I hadn’t even kissed a boy yet alone had a boyfriend. In fact, I didn’t get a boyfriend until I was 17 because I was a bit of a geek and an ugly duckling. Now, I ooze confidence and keep fit, and above all HEALTHY, which has brought oodles of men my way over the years(and still do, much to the dismay of my husband because I’m happily married now at age 31). My point is this – Everyone is saying confidence is a great attractor and it is.
