Some do some don't. Where I buy my cigars they have matches. But I've been to others that just have disposable lighters. Smoke shops (tobacco stores that sell all types of tobacco products) usually have matches. You can get matches at many places, so it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility that the one in question did have matches. Oh yea, they MIGHT have them for free at the counter with advertising on them too. My cigar store gives me a pack when I buy my cigars.
