Contrary to another common belief, dual pane windows do not spontaneously explode after being tinted. However, some darker films will put more stress on the glass than there would be without the tint. To minimize applying excessive pressure to dual pane glass, each of our tint specialists follows the Vista 'film to glass' guideline for proper film application.
