Do dumb students go to london metropolitan university?
In the UK, to even get into any university, you need to have gone through a certain level of exams. IMO, anyone who gets into any UK uni isn’t “dumb”, as I think you mean. They may not have done great on their A levels, or they may have had to qualify for the uni through other means, but they absolutely qualify to go to uni, and they are not “dumb”. London Met isn’t one of the higher ranking unis in the UK, no. But it’s got sound academics. It’s not Oxford; but it’s a real uni and it gives real degrees. It’s not terribly hard to get into, but you have to be able to do the work while you’re there; so if you graduate, ipso facto you aren’t dumb. Places like London Met are designed, on purpose, to give an opportunity for uni to people who, for various reasons, might not have great A levels; or maybe couldn’t go to uni right out of school and are entering late, or maybe couldn’t even do A levels for family or other reasons.
