DO EASIYO USE THE NATURAL COLOR CARMINE?
There is some debate over such natural ingredients such as cochineal (carmine) color, derived from a substance (accumulated in a little pouch) extracted from a South American beetle, it is not the beetle itself that is crushed. It is actually produced from a particular red colored plant which the beetle consumes and stores. Having said this, we have since changed our yogurt bases using this coloring, to the color beetroot. This should be reflected in our new packaging.
