Do flat co-pays count toward the deductible?
No. Flat dollar co-pays do not count toward the deductible. Please refer to the Health Plan Coverage Summary chart in your open enrollment guide for details on the services that require meeting a deductible and/or have a co-insurance requirement. The types of services that usually apply to the deductible include: hospital care, diagnostic tests and x-rays, radiation therapy, hospice care, surgery, and other services.
