Do freshmen live in the fraternity/sorority houses their first semester?
While technically, freshmen can reside in a fraternity or sorority house, very few, if any, actually do. This is due to the fact that the houses are generally full for the fall semester. It is suggested that new students reside in university housing during their first year on campus. They can then move into their respective fraternity or sorority house the next fall.
