Do Grandparents Have Visitation Rights In The UK ?

No, you don’t. Not automatically anyway. Theoretically you could apply to a County Court for a contact order (we don’t call it visitation in the UK), but you’d have to get the leave of a judge before you could even make your application. The court would only order contact if it was in the children’s best interests. Bringing the conflict between you and your daughter into their lives is almost certainly not in their best interest, and if your daughter is opposed to the contact you’ll have an uphill battle. Your priority should be to rebuild the relationship with your daughter. This may involve accepting some sort of responsibility.
