Do I get a overall grade for coursework in GCSE English?

Well our english teacher gave us a grade for each individual piece of coursework, like A for piece one, B for piece two etc. But the main thing that matters is the marks anyway, then our teacher calculated all the pieces then gave us a complete overall coursework grade (one for GCSE english & another for GCSE eng lit, cause they’re seperate GCSEs). So that grade shows us overall, but then our coursework is only 30% or so for both englishes :p Yeah, you may wanna re-do the C, but say you improved that to a B its possible the overall coursework grade wont increase but the marks would, and they’re what matter, and could be the difference between and A and A* ;D Hope thats helped, good luck with your GCSEs!
