Yes, BL Update has partnered with multiple non-agent broker/dealers through our FI TradeXchange platform. These broker/dealers place leveraged loan offers on our FI TradeXchange platform which are in turn viewable to all of our BL TradeXchange members. We believe this provides our members with price and size discovery from multiple counter-parties on one common platform. To the extent a member executes a trade with a broker/dealer, there is no cost for the trade.
