• No. If you have made the decision to commit to Texas A&M of Blinn if admitted, and you want to lock in your rates, even if you haven’t received your acceptance letter, sign a lease to assure a spot. If you are not accepted and can provide proof within the time frame given, you will be released from your lease without penalty.  more
