No. You don’t have to be connected to the internet at all when browsing through ChartAlert. In fact, you have to connect to the internet only to download data files that are available at least 4 times in a day, with each download taking no more than 1 or 2 minutes. Since all the downloaded data files reside on your PC, you can browse through all stock and investment research reports and charts offline.
