A. Yes. You will need to use your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) to make cash withdrawals at an ATM and for purchases using a PIN. The ATM will charge an ATM Withdrawal Fee which will be deducted from your available card balance. The transaction will be denied if there are not sufficient funds to cover both the requested amount and the fee. You should refer to the Cardholder Agreement for all applicable program fees. You agree to protect your PIN against unauthorized use by taking all reasonable precautions. Further, you agree that you will not disclose your PIN to any person who is not authorized to use your Card or write your PIN on your Card.
