As such there is No Permission is required by you from any Govt. Bodies, provided it is not prohibited areas viz: Country boundries, Military Campus, immediate Near Airports, etc, as our Wind Turbine Tower is of 18 mtrs. Height and will require 2.7 mtrs. X 2.7 mtrs. ground area and in the same way No Permission is required for installation of Solar Photovoltaic Panels equally.
