No. Since Varadero applications are executed via Varadero’s thin client architecture, there is no need to learn the new skills required to develop an application specifically for any one mobile device. Varadero allows you to create applications using the most popular desktop development tools and languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Borland/Inprise Delphi, Sybase Powerbuilder and other such development environments. As an added bonus, you can of course re-use any code that you may have developed for a desktop enterprise application when using Varadero to take your workforce mobile. Furthermore, any application that you develop will run, cross-platform on any client devices supported by Varadero.
