Do I need to bring my movement details with me to Kapooka and can I make changes to them once Ive commenced training?
(Reservists only)Once members have been panelled on a course at ARTC the member’s unit will need to complete and forward a Student Booking Request (SBR) to the Integrated Travel Solutions (ITS) who will arrange for the member’s movements to and from ARTC. It is important that members remain involved in this process as, in accordance with Defence policy, units and members will not be able to make changes to their movements after they commence training. CO/CI 1 RTB does not have authority to amend any movements unless there are unforeseen special compassionate and/or operational requirements If members indicate on their original SBR that they will be travelling with their family and the SBR after completing training they will be able to do so provided it is accompanied by approval from their unit Commanding Officer. Once their SBR has been processed by ITS, no changes will be made to their travel arrangements unless there are unforseen special compassionate and/or operational requirement
