You do only if there is activity in the quarter that occurs after you file the suspension. • Having only 2 business days to file supporting documents is of concern. We often can’t obtain medical records from providers that quickly. It generally takes a week or two (at minimum) to obtain the actual medical records The only case this applies to is the “release to return to work” case. We are assuming that the decision to stop payments is being made after the documentation (the doctor’s release) is received and reviewed.
