Do I need to remove flakey paint before plastering?
THE PAINT needs to be removed, befor the plasterer can do his job, to save a lot of hard work, buy a can of nitromoors paint remover, this is normally used for removeing paint from woodwork, paint the licquid jelly on to the painted areas only, leave for a short time, you will see it start to blister almost instent, this can now be scraped of very easy job done
