Do international students need to submit official transcripts to the Graduate College?

Yes. If you are an international student you can have your college or university send transcripts directly to the Graduate College, or you can obtain the transcripts from your college or university in a sealed envelope and send the sealed transcripts yourself to ASU’s Graduate College.
