Do Jewish vampires avoid crosses or Stars of David?

well, since jews are required to salt and soak all meats, to remove the blood, a vampire would have a hard time being jewish. also, jews are forbidden to eat ‘the limb of a living animal’ – meaning that it’s forbidden to consume any part of an animal, which is attached to it, while it’s alive (after the animal is slaughtered, according to ritual, there are still parts which are forbidden, assuming, of course that the animal was a ‘kosher’ one, to begin with). your jewish vampire would either starve to death, or have to subsist on artificial plasma… and while most jews will willingly avoid crosses (why would we want to be near them??), they wouldn’t have any effect on the vampire… nor would the ‘star of david’, which has no religious significance at all, it’s a cultural symbol. have a good one.
