Do Lebanese carry Roman blood?
Since the Romans had soldiers stationed everywhere around the Mediterranean Sea, most people would have some Roman blood. You do realize that the Romans were, themselves, of mixed blood. The Etruscans were in that area when remnants of the Greeks and Trojans arrived in what would become Italy and founded the city of Rome.
