Do members have the option or possibility of removing management, if desired?
Technically, yes. The club will implement a structure where the value of refundable deposits is held as equity in properties belonging to a member owned non profit. As members are the real owners of properties within the non-profit company, they can choose to vote for �dissolution� of the relationship with Paragon Destinations.
