Tea bags are certainly not the cureall that some people try to say they are… it seems like you see them suggested on every website about caring for dark circles and puffiness! I’ve used several kinds of tea bags, and some of them have done absolutely nothing for me. However, I have achieved a noticed reduction in puffiness using certain types of herbal tea bags (warm too, not cold). In particular, my eyes respond best to Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile: http://www.celestialseasonings.com/products/herbal-teas/honey-vanilla-chamomile.html This is probably due in part to the chamomile… I think it’s the combination of warmth, moisture, and the herbs in the teabag.
