Do Non-Commercial \PE Divers\ inherently do a better job?

NO. Time after time, non-commercial/professional ”divers” trained through recreational programs have done a substandard job in a variety of situations ranging from moderate to fast currents, low visibility, restricted access, delta-P and confined space conditions, low visibility, cold water, etc. We have seen this directly and have had numerous reports from other companies, their employees, clients, colleges, and third parties. You can be a PhD but if you have not been properly trained as a COMMERCIAL diver you cannot do the work as well as one who was especially with extensive commercial experience. This goes for the ENTIRE team as well.
