Hi,

The term organic is popularly used to designate plant foods grown without pesticides and genetic modifications,so that are natural and helps to prevent cancer.

Organic fruits and vegetables alone will not prevent cancer.  Eating organic reduces the amount of cancer causing chemicals one comes into contact with overall, but will have a much greater impact when coupled with minimizing cancer causing product consumption all together.  It should also be noted that the best way to prevent cancer in your diet is to grow your own chemical free food.  USDA Organic Certified foods may contain up to 20% of pesticides and chemicals!
