Do people really eat smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for christmas morning breakfast?
I have regularly served eggs and smoked salmon as a chef. For your four star customers, make normal scambles. For RAF officers the only scrambled egg to make is double cream and egg yolks, ( a tiny touch of brandy as a embelishment) BTW the best scambled eggs can be made by putting the eggs, milk, pepper, and a touch of salt in a jug and put them up to a steamer for milk, clean before making a cappucino. xx glad to be of helpxx ps, grow a double chin, get jowls , marry your cousin and you can be a toff too!
