Do potato chips have msg?
Most every pre-packaged food has MSG in some form. It may not actually say MSG. It is sometimes disguised as partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, or some other obscure sounding thing. If you want a real eye-opener about MSG and it’s harmful effects, PLEASE read “The Slow Poisoning of America”. You can’t buy the book in the US, but is available on-line at www.spofamerica.com and no, I have no financial interests in that website or the book. It was an incredible read however, and I take every opportunity to turn people on to how bad this sh*t is for you!
