If you won a prize valued at $500 or more, you will receive a winner’s letter, an affidavit of eligibility, and a publicity release in the mail within 6 weeks from the date your prize claim was received by the Redemption Center. Winners of $1000 or more will also receive a W-9 tax form to complete and return. Once you have returned the properly completed paperwork, and we have received and verified your documents, you will receive your prize check within 6 – 8 weeks.
