Absolutely! We do NOT have an overheating exclusion in any of our vehicle service contracts. We realize that even with proper care and maintenance, vehicles sometimes overheat and cause extensive damage. As long as you acted appropriately to try and prevent overheating and any additional damage, your claim will be covered. This is also part of why we offer all members free roadside assistance – so that in case their vehicles do overheat, we can send someone to help out fast.
