Do publishers pay the same membership as artist and writers?
No. There is a special membership that applies to you that lowers your upload fees. By paying $499.00 per year all of your uploads are only $5.00 each. If you are going to upload more than thirty songs then this will save you money. Any person meeting the requirements of a publisher can purchase this membership.
