Do reebok easy tone shoes or sketchers shape ups really work?
My husband and I both purchased a pair of skechers shape ups. He walked for several miles each day and lost 15lbs in a 1 1/2 months. It made his legs and calves look amazing. For me, I wasn’t able to do that much walking at one time, but I wore them to work. I have a desk job but do get up and move around the office. I have lost about 10 lbs in 2 months. Also my husband said he has noticed a tighter behind. : ) They are by far my favorite shoes to wear! It feels really weird to wear regular shoes after wearing the shape ups. I purchased a pair of black mary janes that I can wear as dress shoes. They aren’t as stylish as some of the other shoes to wear for work…but the others don’t offer the same benefits.
