Do students who have undergone FFELP entrance counseling need to go through DL entrance counseling before getting their DL loan?
A. The majority of students will not need to repeat entrance counseling before receiving their first DL loan disbursement. Only students who are receiving subsidized/unsubsidized loans for the first time or are receiving a Grad PLUS loan for the first time will be required to repeat entrance counseling.
