No. North Carolina Law requires WCHD to provide certain medical services without parental consent. 36. Do you do pregnancy tests? Yes. They are done by appointment every day. There is a $14 charge. 37. Do you give emergency contraception or “the morning after pill”? Yes. Emergency contraception is only provided once and and an appointment to enroll in our “Family Planning” clinic is made at that time. 38. Do you give out condoms (“rubbers”)? Yes, along with a “how to use” brochure. Three condoms are given to anyone who comes in to the front desk asking for them.
